About This Project

When survivors read multiple stories laid out in the same sequence, something extraordinary happens: the recognition becomes undeniable. The shame dissolves. The self-blame cracks. The fog lifts. And survivors begin to see what was done to them — not what was “wrong” with them.

This project also serves another purpose: to bear witness to the scale and severity of narcissistic abuse. When many voices speak, the pattern can no longer be dismissed as coincidence or exaggeration. It becomes evidence. Testimony. A collective call for awareness and change in healthcare, mental health treatment, in legal consequences, and public understanding.

Every contributor to this volume has survived something that thrives in secrecy. Their stories are brave, imperfect, emotional, raw, and profoundly human. Some narratives are fragmented — as trauma often is. Some are articulate and reflective. Others are still trembling. All are real.

We do not diagnose the abusers. We name the experiences.

We do not offer revenge. We offer recognition.

We do not promise closure. We offer clarity.

If you are reading this because you sense something is wrong in your own relationship, these stories may save you years of confusion and pain. If you are here because you survived, may this book help you feel seen. If you are here as a professional, may these narratives deepen your understanding of the silent epidemic happening in homes, marriages, friendships, and families everywhere.

To everyone who contributed: your story matters.
To everyone reading: you are not alone.
To the person recognizing themselves on these pages: this book is your mirror, your map, and your permission to reclaim your life.

(Volume One of Memoirs of the Narcissized will be available soon.  you can join the Early Bird list here.)

This project is a structured, collaborative, collection of memoirs; a gathering of voices;a collection of true survivor stories that reveal the unmistakable and universal pattern of narcissistic abuse.

You are invited to contribute.  You are invited to heal.

You are invited to help others awaken to the truth.
